Welcome to Body Rx, a program that offers science-based training, macro-focused nutrition, and individualized support for women. As a certified women’s fitness and nutrition coach, I am committed to helping women navigate the real challenges that stand between them and their goals, whether it’s time constraints, conflicting information, hormonal shifts, or just the pressure to do it all. Remember, your transformation begins the moment you step out of your comfort zone.

Body Rx | Glute Rx

A glute-focused personal training session is designed to target all three glute muscles - gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus - for improved strength, stability, and aesthetics. 

Body Rx | Postpartum

Postpartum personal training sessions are designed to support new mothers in their fitness journey after childbirth. These specialized workouts focus on rebuilding strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall well-being considering the unique needs of the postpartum body. 

Body Rx | Abs Rx

An abs-focused personal training session targets the core muscles, including the rectus abdominis (“six-pack muscle”), obliques (side core), and transverse abdominis (deep core stabilizer). This type of training improves core strength, stability, posture, and overall functional movement - not just aesthetics.

Fitness After 40

This specialized fitness and nutrition program is designed to support the unique needs of women over 40. This program focuses on building lean muscle, supporting joint health, boosting metabolism, and maintaining functional movement - all while being mindful of hormonal shifts, bone density, and recovery needs.

Personal Training 

An in-person personal training session is a guided one-on-one workout experience tailored to your fitness goals, current level, and body’s needs - all with real-time coaching, encouragement, and form correction to help you train safely and effectively.

Fitness Plans

Personalized fitness plans are custom-built programs tailored to an individual’s goals, fitness level, lifestyle, and physical needs. These plans are designed to provide targeted, sustainable results by aligning with the client’s specific body, schedule, preferences, and progress.

Nutrition Coaching

Macros-based nutrition coaching is a personalized service that teaches clients how to eat for their goals by focusing on the balance of macronutrients - protein, carbohydrates, and fats - instead of restrictive dieting or calorie counting alone.

Bridal Fitness & Nutrition

This virtual program combines goal-oriented workouts (home or gym-based), nutrition guidance, and mindset support to promote healthy sustainable results. Includes a personalized fitness plan, weekly check-ins and progress tracking, and access to the Body Rx | Bridal Fitness & Nutrition e-book.

Stretch & Flexibility Recovery

Stretch & flexibility recovery sessions work to enhance flexibility, improve joint range, reduce soreness, and support recovery.  These are ideal for rest day or post-workout recovery.
