Service Description
These 1-on-1 training sessions will give clients who are following the “Fitness Over 40” fitness plan the instruction and accountability of a personal trainer, who will ensure proper form and technique is used. Your trainer will also guide you through any modifications that may be necessary during exercise. Add weekly “Nutrition Coaching” to your training program for an integrated fitness and nutrition journey.
